We are thrilled to announce an exciting phase of transformation for Shinkong Textile. In line with our commitment to meet the demands of our brand partners and expand our production capabilities, we've made several key organizational and leadership changes.

Organizational Update:

Shinkong Textile is now organized into two primary operational divisions: the Taiwan Factory Division and the Overseas Factory Division. An "Overseas Subsidiary Preparatory Office" has been established within the Overseas Factory Division. This office will focus on planning, analyzing, and laying the groundwork for our international manufacturing initiatives.

Leadership Update:

We are introducing a Dual CEO Model: We've adapted our leadership structure to better navigate the diverse challenges and opportunities across our operational divisions.

• Overseas Factory Division: Alex Chang, our existing CEO, will steer this area, focusing on accelerating our international growth strategies.
• Taiwan Factory Division: We welcome back David Chiu, our former CEO, who will oversee all aspects of domestic operations.

Both co-CEOs will work in collaboration, guided by our Chairman and Board of Directors. This co-CEO approach will ensure that we are agile and focused, capable of seizing opportunities domestically and internationally.
