EZcool, When Fashion Meets Cooling Technology - Shinkong at the 2022 Taipei Fashion Week

To promote carbon emission reduction through textile innovation, Taiwan’s Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs organized a fashion event, “EZcool,” during the 2022 Taipei Fashion Week. It was a runway show merging fashion, sustainability, and textile cooling technology. Shinkong Textile was among the selected technical textile providers paired up with Taiwan’s home-grown fashion labels. We presented three fabrics via four garment styles created by two emerging fashion brands, UUIN and Queen Shop. These three items are textured and engineered to facilitate airflow so as to allow heat dissipation.
